i did not state this.... the "honorable" Tariq Nasheed stated this in one of his sermons.

now there are exceptions to the rule, but for the most part, you dont see too many non-hoish women with alot of tatoos...

and alot, not all, but alot of women with the "tramp stamp" (tatoo on the lower back) from my experience, arent exactly the type you take home to moms..

but thats just my experience..

do yall co-sign on this?

Not quite, but I'd say a woman without a tatoo is 95% less likely to be one.

lol me and my sister both have tottoos. She has three, i have one and we are certainly no ho's and neither one of us have the "tramp stamp".

Since you asked (or not, i'm telling anyway!!) I have a butterfly on my ankle that is hidden most of the time except in summer and my sister has a rose with her sons name on one arm, her name on her other arm and "strength" on her stoach (which she got BEFORE her son!).

If anyone wanted to ask what my tattoo meant to me, i would be happy to tell them, as opposed to them making some crass generalization based on someone who may be comletly different to me.

And for the record, no, I don;t plan to get any more.

majority of women with tats are hoe's according to what i have seen and experienced women with piercings to fit these steroetypes. and you know what? these sterotypes are usually true. i see women with piercings on lips and tits and eyebrow and first thing in my mind is hoe. tattoo's too. what iv seen these women do is beyond words.

Now come on Madam Butterfly....be honest...you see a woman withÂ* rahtid Tatoo on her arm in a low slung evening grown...does she look glamourous, does she look classy..or does she look like she is plying for trade?Â*

I cite Gina Yasheree at the Mobo's, I cite Mica Paris on Come Dancing..Terrible... I have yet to see a Woman with a Tatto that I thought added to their beauty, or that made them look classy...It detracts every single time...

Kunufu i take your point entirely. There are some tattoes i think look awful (the paw prints eve has on her chest for example) However what i object to is the automatic assumption that a woman who has a tattoo is a ho'. I know there are alot of fools who do it for fashion, but there are those of us who make a carefully considered decision.

I know i already stated this on two previous topics about tattoos, but i will state it again: A tattoo ain;t nothing but a pretty scar, so you better be damned sure that you want one and what it is of. Like i say, our tattoos have significance and meaning for us. Also mine is on my ankle so is ery rarely viewable (hell even i forget its there sometimes!!) I would much rather someone asked me about it than misjudged me based on there opinion of others.

Wow

You guys are really prejudiced innit.

Just because you think that a tattoo doesn't look classy, there is no need to say that ladies withthem are hoes or look like hoes. I personally don't think tattoos look nice, well...... it depends where it is. However, I would not equate having a tattoo to being a hoe.

And about the piercings..... what RUBBISH!!!!! I have 12 piercings, but I aint a hoe and don't look like one neither.

C'mon now, stop being so narrow minded.

'A lot' are two words. Also, it's 'could have' 'should have' and 'would have'

Oh okay then, since this is a free-for-all, a young black male, wearing baggy jeans and a hoodie is criminal. And ifanyone asks, tell them that this is a fact because the "honourable" Aryek claims that she always gets this feeling whenever shesees these people.Oh, butoff course there are few "exceptions" to this rule.

And no, I don't have any tatoos, so don't come here with that.

Waggonists I tell you - have they (who the cap fits) stopped tattooing above their but cracks yet - and wearing clothing for everybody to see it:?

Wouldn't go as far as calling them ho's, but you know for the most part something is missing upstairs. I'd put odds on that they (who the cap fits) watch Eastenders

Guess we wait now for all the face saving arguments about how tattooing has been an African tradition from day one. Man we absolutely love it down a' babylon!!! niceone.gif
