Verney not sure how many voluntaires you have had from this site, but I cant help thinking maybe this sort of 'in ya face' advertisment for Blackpeople is not the way to go - forgive me if i'm wrong. But maybe for Black peopleto voulutaire they need more trust,understandingand fact's about who is doing the research! Are you looking for those that have MH? Will people have to participate in any experiments? Or are you just seeking people to give opinions?Will people be getting paid for their services? Also what new information is needed about the way Social policies are constructed and delivered in re: to Ethnicities and MH? Has new research not been recently conducted (i.e) in the last year and a half?

Considering past history and how stats are used these days I'd probably say that black people shouldn't get involved in surveys of any sort whatsoever. Evidence points to the fact that they are counter-productive.

The fact that most don't partake in ones such as these suggest that there isn't a problem at all. And of course most perceived problems with the black community need to be advertised and repeated enoughso that they can begin to think it is a problem when in reality the opposite probably is true.
