stop this talk about blk women leaving us cuss we are worthless, they leave because they themselves are gold digger's that the thing. the amount of them looking for whity's has trippled.
other than that i agree with that.
suicide is a parmanent solution to a temporary problem.
drug addiction is a temporary solution to a parmanent
problem.

Some really good contributions and a good post regardless at least it stops us from letting reap at each other for a second.
I haven't heard the AAs perspective apart from KortneyLove however from the UK perspective if we really being honest its like a lost cause setting any standards collectively why?everyone has their own agenda and most times is tied in with YT we cannot exclude this very crucial point.
Enough of us with African Ancestry have way too much YT influence in our value systems in relationships, finance, work, the way we want to look or our kids to look yes we live in the UK and have to interact with YT but damn!! not sell your soul too
Some have stated you can only present your own image as an individual thats exactly what me and those in my social group do.
On a base level some need to treat our women with some respect and win their implicit trust but in reality what can you do when some of this women have become become so enarmoured with YT and see this relationship as moving their career forward or being cared for i.e materially!!
As for the men getting their head literally twisted by YT women not enough room to comment and subject area already exhausted guilty as presumed!
Theres nothing wrong having nice things but we know some live way above their means I cannot adjudicate for how they spend their loot if they want to end up bitter old and broke thats really their prerogative i can only see to my family.
My thing is to be a good man to my woman,a good father and enforce strong cultural African values in my home in addition to investing wisely its not easy but this is what real black men do

Don't believe the hype
Read between the lines
Get together and discuss our issues, amongst ourselves more
Respect our women, (I don't understand this whole running to white girls BS)
Taking time to get to know a female before committing to them
Spending quality time with our children, taking them to the park, reading with them,
Attending parents evenings
Stop wearing our wealth on our sleeves
Stop bigging up other Black males an dourselves for doing things we should be doing anyway. For example at times I watch these USA talkshows, and it annoys me when I see the crowd applaud the man when he says " I LOKK AFTER MY KIDS /IM THERE FOR MY KIDS"....DUH

How in the hell do you "know" so much about the people you claim to hate due to the bad choices in men you made in your life?
Maybe if you measured manhood in character instead of dick size first troll......then you would not have all of these issues LOL

@darkside,
its my opinion that you SHOULD care what others think......its because of how the white man sees you that you are not given a level playing field in the game of life.

Darkside would have his own answer no doubt but isn't this the problem with us? we are forever waiting for YT to decide when to give us a level playing field in a competitive society on the brink of extreme capitalism that would never happen you have to grab yours don't be waiting for no one ...no dependency no handouts
Thousands of years of discrimination cannot be vanquished overnight ...you think they give a toss about how we view them what we want is respect not be to be loved like some pet..respect is the only thing they understand and thats by proving that they ain't got sh$t on you on every level...

its all about unity, and thats a cliche but it's real. If black men and women begin to unify instead of insulting eachother and selling out to members of other ppl's races then we might stand a chance of improving our global status.
there is a lot of confusion amongst the black ethnicities, a lack of respect towards eachother and a reluctance to yeild to authority coupled with the fact that many blacks (ie govermnets) that gain power have abused it.
We can often spend time focusing on the wrong things, black men discard integrity, cultural purity and respect for a next man for money and a flash car and of course the supposed respect of his peers. Black women discard self respect, ambition and independence to get the attention of useless men who only want to use her or to become a baby mother as if they have never heard of marriage or "the family unit", playing dumb wasting their entire lives chasing men who will never commit.
Black people need to stop having children outside of marriage- black women put your foot down!!!
we need to stop watching eachother with red eye and start investing into the black community
we (including myself) to learn more of our culture- and not black british but our ancestrial culture
we need to start looking within ourselves primarily for a partner and stop dating IR like its contagious
and older wiser black men need to take that step to educate the younger lost generation i.e yonger brothers, cousins, next door neighbours etc ( yes, i know there is a distinct risk of getting shanked if you speak out these days) and teach them some self worth or at least plant that seed, as many have no one to look up to except negative role models.
Every 24 hours is a deposit God makes into the bank account of your life to see what you will do with it.....
When you let men know that you do not value your time, they will gladly waste it for you...

I agree with what you say, and its not that I think other peoples perceptions define who you are - but I do think that YT is running this country and his perception of you defines how you are treated - hasnt that been so since the days of slavery? When we were savages, non entities, whatever...and treated as such.
I was raised to care what people think....not so that I could mould myself in to what they thought I should be, but to take pride in myself and all that I am.
