Like many here been stopped and searched as a youth and almost got arrested on what is called a joke knock on charge of attempted murder and I joke you not because as somebody said and I think it was Fem police were not joking back then...Man start taking liberties and some of us have no tolerance in any shape or form for white men who know their place in private or outside uniform start going on like them is bad man...

But the idea is to terrify anyone from raising hand to them by coming up with these joke charges..like attempted murder and them writing statement saying they were frigtened for their lives which only give me space to make even more joke on them at the station....But the general idea from our perspective is to ensure our young men can get to maturity all things considered without these type of experiences..because once they do the chances of that type of police confrontation statistically diminishes rapidly...It is our youths who babylon want a) to criminalise, b) frighten, c) establish white masculine and now feminine power and supremacy in those who wear the uniform.

We need to go back to the common practices back in the day where for example my organisation ran joint programmes run by our solicitors and security staff for young men on legal education and conflict management with the police which deals with many of the things Fem and others have mentioned. In fact every mentoring programme or organisation which deals with significant numbers of our young people should run these programmes. They cost next to nothing to set up and the expertise is easily available. The Jewish community in North London in particular have Street Survival Skills Workshop teaching their kids these things and more run by Board of Deputies Security and Intelligence Division or via the charity they created with now does a lot of that community based work..

Those who know North London and the Orthodox Jewish community notice even if one of them have a minor collision with another driver how all the Jews come out like say it was mass murder..Not accident they just have their shit down pat.

It makes sense in economic rationality terms to train our youth to minimise and manage contact with the enemy. We don't have the resources for our enemy to drain us by forcing us to respond to every day contacts when you consider the amount of disproportionate stops of young brothers which goes on. So given the enemy is not going to change his behaviour institutionally regardless of what Lee Jasper wants to come with...We have to manage them and force them to change their behaviour and force them tactically where we want them...making them vulnerable and frigthened.

Something happened to me about 10 years ago just before Christmas and I was driving out of North London after going to drop presents to my peeeps and going home to the minor counties where I was living with my girl who was with me in the car. Some cops pulled up and told me my full beams were on and I thought I had turned them off but it was a new car and still not really used to it. Stopped at the traffic lights and turned around to give my girl some chewing gum as I turned into my driving position a white man's arm came threw my window and grabbed my keys...but my instincts in a flash told me it was the beast so I did instinctively grab his arm or not break his wrist and everybone in it and let him take it and got out of the car...

As soon as I got out I was met with this verbal barrage by this wanker. When you been in this area for so long you can read the type of cop in front of you in a flash. Just his body shape compared to his partners and the way they crew officers up will tell you who you are dealing with. My boy was looking for confrontation and was aggressively talking to me with his finger pointing in my face or too close to it for my liking...

Did not interupt and let him finish and he kept on asking me to respond so I told him I can't answer while he is talking and particularly in such an aggressive fashion which pissed him off and he continued with his foolishness. I just took a small step back and turned to his quiet partner and said to him why is colleague so aggressive and unprofessional-removing my man from the equation and leaving him talking to himself...His colleague was a red as paint with embarrassment and I told him that I had accidentally turned the wrong switch and it is a new car etc nice and calm developing a rapport and then turned and faced his fool fool colleauge who was looking like an idiot and said..Do you want me to answer your questions or are we going to stand her while you aggressively want to show how powerful and unprofessional you are..Nice and calm..but at my tempo with me controlling the dynamics not playing ping pong with him controlling the game.

He had to shut up while I responded and every time he interrupted I went quiet until he had to do what he was told..because he needs my response to act one way or another and I told him how wreckless and unprofessional he had acted by approaching my car from the side and not directly in front where I could see he was a uniformed officer because I could have attacked him saying I was being attacked by some crazy white boy or driven off through a red light and caused an accident..My man was taking licks and going red but nothing he could do about it because my hands were behind my back and nuff people were watching and I was absolutely calm...

But hear the joke the fool had already called for an priority shout ie an emergency or distress call and police cars were coming from every which direction to the scene and the other officer embarrassed like a fool had to go and tell them nothing was going on etc making his partner who had instigated this confrontation stand there like an idiot. There aint no law for accidentally turning the wrong nob on your car and I had not even driven any distance when I was actually told the fist time as I was pulling up to the lights.

The cop looked like a right arse as all the other units drove off and knowing they would have to radio in to say it was nothing which their sergeants are not going to like when they hear that. Because we do not know the system we often do not know how to give them tactical licks, because you can hurt a cop or many by low key moves...You see that cop who wanted to go on like rambo probably has a pattern of acting that way and that is how he does his work when in our communities..The secret is brothers probably walk right into his game so the back up is needed and the cop gets away scott free. But if ten brothers in that same community gamed that white boy out and let him call for the back up the way he needs to because he is determined to have a confrontation and a high arrest rate. They will basically mark his card as they say and finish him because no skipper wants a liability in their unit and that is just self and career preservation.

If any officer constantly does what fool did with regularity his sergeant will smell it in his or her sleep and know something aint right and not only that other coppers will complain and they will pick it up in the grapevine that my man is a wanker wasting every -bodies time. The police are more likely to deal with their own informally in a low key manner than with black people blasting them in public or politically where it is a case of just circle up the wagons and defend the crew unless they are so severely compromised they must be sacrificed for the team. As any cop will tell you there aint no loyalty amongst cops except when dealing with civies and black ones in particular.

Gordon Brown is being urged to relax stop and search law... by who... David Cameron ... why...

Young black and British Asian kids...are being stabbed and shot and the rules are getting in the way of protecting them

David Cameron
Conservative leader

In an interim report published last year, Sir Ronnie Flanagan, the chief inspector of constabulary in England and Wales, said were police bogged down in red tape and afraid to use their own judgement.

Home Secretary Jacqui Smith is expected to announce in the next few days that more police officers will be given the power to search people without giving a reason.

Mr Cameron told the BBC he would back the government if it scrapped the stop and search restrictions.

So what do you think, will relaxing stop and search reduce the gun/knife crime... or is there a more sinister 'back to the 70's/80's plot to this?

More cops will end up being stabbed probably, and that's about it. If someone has the intention to stab or shoot someone they will do it.

Street crime is today's hot topic and David Cameron the parasite is just trying to score cheap political points.

Freddie - funny enough I've never been stopped and search on the street. I did get stopped in my car once, renking police mans excuse for stopping me was 'what is a man driving a car like this doing in flats like these'.

Generally if my bredrin gets stopped I see that as me getting stopped but if I'm honest, they way the youths them are going on the police have the ultimate excuse now, the prevention of murder, back in the day it was simply because you were black.

The police love me!

Driving a Golf GTI with a black male in the passenger seat seems to give the police an excuse to stop me.

Even worse if i have the audacity to wear a top with a hood attached and use the hood in the way it was intended.

Even had a 'gun marker' on my car for some unknown reason which resulted in me and the boys being followed from west end to hackney by at least 4 squad cars and being dragged out of our car at gun point because "they take gun crime very seriously!"

Got paid a small amount in comp for that debacle.

Hell, i even got stopped a couple of years ago on the tube due to the 'prevention of terrorism'!

I used to get stopped as a teen all the time because i dressed like a 'boy'. My parents made a complaint when it happened 3 times in one week and pointed out to them that my dress sense was not a damn crime.

Back then it was a normal thing to see the boy dem walking the streets daily. But for all the crime and killings there are in my area now, i very rarely see any police around here much less any of the younguns getting stopped and searched.

I actually don't think its a bad idea. These kids DO walk streets with knives, no so much guns i'd imagine. I think if they knew that they could get stopped at any time it would deter some of them from walking with any weapons, therefore less chance of them using it in haste.

Call me cynical, but i do believe that most of these teen killings are done on the 'spur of the moment' and are not the result of some cold calculated plot.

Ah man don't even get me started!!!

Yeah I been pulled over by the cops before. First time was when I had just passed my driving test and this female beast chose to pull me over because my front licence had a bit of dirt on it. I was dressed up to go somewhere and she's gonna be on some typical fake "ooh, going somewhere nice?" as if seh me and the piece of bacon rind ah fren.

Another time I was pulled over in Hackney when I was leaving my bredrins dem yard because supposedly I was driving too close behind the pork-mobile. They pulled to the side and let me passed them, then they followed and started to flash their lights. When I asked them what the problem was they gave me their bullsh*t excuse. To cut a long story short I told them it was 3am in the morning and I just wanna get the hell home and sleep. When I accused them of not having anything better to do than to harrass a brotha because they suspect he's into drugs or whatever they REALLY got on the defensive and went out their way to prove they were only pulling me over for driving close to them.

Once a PIG even tried to stitch me up on that dna sh*t but luckily I know some good people who made damn sure it didn't happen.

I notice that in general when dealing with them, they always have something smart to say and don't know the first thing about being cordial.

Moral of the stories are: They are not our friends and never will be.

Have been stopped all too many times and I can't stand it to be honest, can handle a certain dialogue with the standard officers but as said a bit further back there the C.I.D are a bunch of animals. Remember one time I stepped out a club one night to get back home and got pulled over by three C.I.D was like they were drunk stood back and said nothing but they were border line over aggressive I was of course a bit tipsy, ha a bottle of whiskey in my hand apparently someone had just robbed someone blah blah blah didn't take long for me to realize that the woman C.I.D was protecting me from the other two calling them off like things would have got serious if she wasn't there... other times are as F.B mentioned;

Quote:
establish white masculine and now feminine power and supremacy in those who wear the uniform.
Can tell its nothing to do with policing, its about exerting themselves over us as they feel to ''man up'' on we. Sad to say we 'need' stop and search now that things have been allowed to regress on road but when you see how those police officers exert themselves over the kids as they come out of school and how they attempt to ''manage'' them as F.B said... had to step in and put some words to them one time on the bus as usual its the ''if we weren't in public'' type of aggression like the public don't pay their wages.

What I want to know is... How many of us do they manage to kill or injure etc in comparison to the criminals out there?
