I agree that women in general can be nasty towards a woman they feel threatened by most of the time it is looks, other times it is something else she may feel that the other woman has that takes away from her somehow.I also believe that black women have specific issues that must be addressed. I think that some black people are teaching their daughters that white features are more desirable and that idea is perpetuated by the fact that the media only depicts white beauty and a ambigous looking black beauty most of the time. The stereotypes of the masculine black woman, the jezebel, themammy and the tragic mullato are still prevalentand havebeen internalized byalot of black people. Those ideas stand to be at odds withthe self-esteem of young black women who are also being told in their communities and their homes that their is something inherently wrong with anything African. Parents should teach their daughters that they are okay as they are and that beauty comes in all shades, these things can buffer the effects society has on a black woman's self-esteem.

Well I certainly am not threatened by white women although in my experience a lot of them appear to be threatened by me! In any case, for all kinds of reasons, the black men that go for white women wouldn't appeal to me, so it's not like we are 'competing' (I hate that word!) for the same men.


When I say I know a few threatened by white women it doesn't mean they're running scared but they feel a bit self-concious around white women.

I notice some sistaz start covering up their mouths, touch their face a lot, and start becoming restless around whites.

But I also notice a lot of black men doing the same.

Seeing as how most of your women have brown skin, not this milky white skin you speak of, andlong hooked noses, your post only serves to put down your own women while putting white women on top...and you say that your people do not worship whites. I don't see any Orientals running after Indian women but I see plenty of Indian men dating Oriental women with flat noses like blacks so what is up with that?

Fact: most Asians, worship whites whether they are Indians or Orientals.

Fact:Most Oriental men will not date most Indian women but most Indains will date Oriental women because their skin colour is closer to their white masters.

Fact:Most black women are only attracted to black men.

Fact: Most black women do not find Asian men, Indians or Orientals, attractive. Just look at the "Do black women find Asian men attractive" thread.

Fact: Of all people, statistics show that black women are the most against interracial relationships. If black women are against intterracial relationships then would they include themselves in these unions? The difference between black women and Oriental men is that most black women do not want to be involved in interracial relationships while Oriental men want to date interracially, especially when it comes to white women.
