well, i wouldn't do it personally, beause god and my parents made me this way for a reason. The only time i would do it would be if i was severly disfigured to the point where it was affecting my life, (or an accident). What do u think?

No it dont even cross my mind! I don't want scars, man made things leaking inside of me.
Some people who are a cup sizeC cantget on with their life because they think their boobs are too small.
I think those people's problems are psycological, nothing to do with how they look.

definently, but in todays society looks are very important , boobs aswell. i have a 34 dd cup and it isn't something that i would go out and spend money on . Infact its quite annoying when guys seems to talk to ya breasts instead of u. Also with running its annoying when they jump up and down quite embarassing!
black people dont tend 2 do it as much as whites. especially face lifts because we stay younger longer. when whites lik about l8te 20s the early signs of ageing occur OH WELL!
I recently watched 'make me beautiful pls on itv and out of 200 applicants , there wer 2 black women one wanted a nose job and i don't know about the other 1.

Yeah i was watching that too.
I didnt blame the 3 people they chose to get surgery done tho. The nose job and cutting that womans belly out was worth it. Can't believe how old the other woman looked though. Even after the face lift her skin still looked crap even though some lines went.

To me plastic surgery is stupid and just a quick fix for a deep rooted problem. For me, anything that a person might want to change can be fixed in the gym and not in the doctors office. If you need life or death surgery then you should get it but surgery just for superfical reasons is dumb like breast implants and nose jobs. If you had breast cancer and got in implant to replace the lost tittie then thats understandable but just to get bigger boobs is bad and you should accept what you have. So what you got little titties or a big nose, who's to say that is not beautiful? Its sad people have to get surgery to feel better about themselves rather then looking at what they do have and getting confidence from that. Plastic surgery sometimes makes the person look worst like michael jackson or lil kim.
To believe is to have doubt and no facts but to know is to have facts and no doubt.

yep thats true, but some people are generally not happy with how they look. I understand tummy tucks to an extent esp , if u went to the trouble of losing weight and still had the horrible saggy skin uggggh!
face lifts are silly because even if u had 1 u r still gettin old 1 way or the other JUST FACE IT U CAN'T BEAT IT THAT'S LIFE' . Basically its 4 these saddoes tryin 2 replinish their youth, u know the type MUTTON DRESSED AS LAMB! and they say black don't crack i've seen a few haggered ones knocking about!
thats y its called COSMETIC surgery, cause its like make-up it just covers up!

Ladies...ladies...Cmon now...lol
For me plastic surgery is fine as long as it is done within boundaries and done to enhance one's self esteem or feeling good about themselves....eg: If one's nose is scaring even the plain Janes of Emmerdale Farm, then i think its all fair that if you can afford it,then by all means go for it!
I think the stigma with plastic surgery is due to the stupid celebrities like Michael Jackson, Lil Kim ect.........people like this are just mentaly derangedwith their fascination with pain that they get from a Nip and Tuck here....or there.....really, u can tell that people like them have issues that are better suited for a therapist chair rather then the surgeon's table.....lol
Damn even meif i had money i know a thing or two that a discret Harley Street MrManolo would do the snip on....smoking-devillol

I would never do plastic surgery. Well unless i was severly disfigured by an accident. I think that ppl shouldn't atomatically go through it. They should first figure out whats really bothering them. We all have insecurities wether you admit or not. Life is hard with the pressure to look good to look thin. This and That. The list goes on. Plastic Surgery most of the time isn't really the answer.
