I think it was released early 90's - 1992 if my memory serves me correct.
Love and Devotion was Rare Groove when I was raving, so I assume it was released mid to late 80's.
Sorry I can't be more specific.
BTW, there's a new compilation album out. It's called The Rebirth of Street Soul. It's got both these tunes on it. If you find it in the shops, the label will tell you exactly what year they were released.
