I see it allthe time I used to be a tomboy so I used to dress like a boy but I wouldn't ever take it too far because I wasn't feeling it. I had crushes on boys and they were enough fo me..I knew it would be out of my character to completely be( a boy) even though I was comfortable that way..I grew out of it fast I got tired of looking drab..

We need to make it clear that lesbians aren't the only women who are dominant and masculine.

I'm increasingly running into heterosexual women who are not only very aggressive and violent; but seem to have a large sexual appetite for men as well!

I think it's the hormones that cause a woman to be dominant and "masculine acting" more so than her sexual orientation.

Also it's how she was brought up.
A lot of the time women with low self esteem who for some reason don't feel they can measure up to other women in feminine qualities...give up trying to.
They begin adopting a more a masculine lifestyle.

Much like a man who feels he can't measure up start acting soft and timid.
