Ladies do u ask ur boyfriend for money? me and my boyfriend been going out for two months. I have never asked him for money b4 cos i have a job. Yesterday i asked him for fifty dollars he said ok he hasnt given it to me yet cos i havent seen him i will see him tonight. I am having second thoughts about taking it from him i just think that he might think he is above me I am going to tell him that i dont need it again.

I borrowed $100 from my ex. once back when we were together but I made sure to pay him back within the week. I don't feel comfortable asking people to part with their hard earned money even if the person is my man. I'd rather wait until I get my paycheck or go without. There isn't anything I ever need to have anyway so there's no point for me to ask for money.

I think it helps if you have an understanding between each other and do not take each other for granted. If your that worried, then pay him back later, you obviously need it otherwise you wouldn't be asking him judging from how you have posted so don't worry about it, talk to him.

Forget that s**t, if its borrowing money yes if its taking then no. Why do you need him to give (if it isnt a loan) money to you when you have a job? Some men, even if you arent going out with them( could even be your Dad) offer to give you money and its quite uncomfortable but when you ask and they havent even offered in the first place its a bit dodgy.

Im not talking loans here, talking about cash in hand. Human ATM machine. It starts getting into stereotypical territory "me man, you woman, man look after woman, woman is grateful". Its like asking a man to put up a shelf when you can do it yourself if you get me. Self respect. But then again everyones different.

Understanding is nice but I don't believe in spelling it out, I'm more into a natural understanding. Money is usually borrowed with a different frame of mind to the mind which lends it and vice-versa. Me if I lend money I don't expect it back but if I borrow I expect to pay it back.

Idisagree.Someone may need to borrow money for reasons out of their control, as long as it isn't a regular thing andshe doesn't become dependent onhim for money I dont see the problem. Or how it contradicts.

Me and my boyfriend tend to share our money. If he needs help, I help him. If I need help, he helps me. Our relationship is healthy enough to overlook who owes who money.

In my books lend and borrow is the same work. well i thought it was the same full stop. One thing i never really do is GIVE ppl money...I have and not very often at all lend/ let ppl borrow money from me and i will say give me it back when you have it. However, when it comes to me, it doesnt matter if they say i dont have to give them it back i will, because it was considerate of them lhanfding over the money in the first place

Man, take that money and you shouldn't feel bad about asking either if thats your man. You shouldn't overdo it and start asking for lots of money but really he should be voluntarily doing, asking, or giving you things regardless if you have a job or not.
To believe is to have doubt and no facts but to know is to have facts and no doubt.
