Exclamation Natural Laxer - 01-03-08, 08:43 PM

Hi, I have only just discovered this site and find it quite interesting. Can someone tell me where in the UK I can buy Natural Laxer. I am just growing out my relaxer and would really like to get hold of the Natural Laxer.

I'm not in the UK, but if you plan to grow out your relaxer for good, naturalaxers aren't the way to. They're basically the same as regular relaxers.

If you plan to relax again, just ignore what I said. Hope it helps nonetheless.

^^^ lol, i remember that.

I read on the ingredients of the natural laxer a while back and it mainly consists of natural ingredients clay and something else. It doesn't "straighten" the hair but i slightly loosens the patterns. It's not permanent either.

I've seen a girl who done it to her hair and it looks exactly the same without out. It looks like a herbal treatment.

I have never used it. Don't think I'd bother but I'd compare it to henna. Some women report to a looser curl patten after using it.

The name can be deceptive but it's just herbs. I don't think it's any different from women who use coconut and lime to lossen their hair.

If people want to try the natural clay for the hair-- try treasured locks website. The clay straightens the curl pattern. There are similar products that can do similar things. You can try eastwestbazaar website and try some of their herbal powders. If you live near an Indian store you can buy some of the herbal powders and clay from them. The herbal powders/clay make the strands stronger and a bit straighter. I assume you have to keep up with the process at least twice or once a month.

Exclamation Natural-Laxer available in London - 28-05-08, 07:19 PM

I have been looking for a distributor of the Natual-Laxer product and I finally found a web site that has it. It makes the whole cost of ordering from america cheaper as you do not have to go through the shipping issues that I went through. The website is www. naturalafrobeauty.co.uk Home page. It was sent to me by a freiend... I have used the NL Mix and I guess it does exactly what it says... My hair in currently natural, It did not straighten my hair like a chemical relaxer but it did make it softer and uncurled the wave slightly. I have to apply it another 2 times to see the end result. Overall I am happy cos it made my hair easier to manage/comb through and it did not break whilst blow drying as usual.

Default natural relaxer - 12-06-08, 05:14 PM

A natural relaxed is not the same as a relaxer. a relaxer straightens the hair. A natural relaxer does not straightens the hair, but slightly loose the curl pattern. It is not a chemical like a relaxer, but herbal
