I would take 1) rice, cassava leaves and grilled fish..yummmy.(PLEASE note, these three come together as ONE item! You cannot have one without the other....it's a cultural things..LOL)

2) Nubian natural black soap body wash and scrub!
3)My boyfriend...i know that sounds tacky and he is not a "thing", but i really couldn't get stranded anywwhere without him, he is very handy you see.....
