This is a really good quick read,

"The Alhemist is a transforming novel about the essential wisdom of listening to our hearts, learning to read the omens stewn along life's path and above all follow our dreams"

God determines who walks into your life...It's up to you who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go. May God bless all of you and your life be full of Peace, Prosperity, Love and Abundance. Amen

Brilliant book, in my top 10 fav books I've read, it's all about this shepard boy's journey, very inspiring, talks about following your dreams and knowing your path in life and how the good and bad things are all there to guide and teach us. Very good story that tries to mask the underlying message.

It's worth reading Lady day. Just as Miss Nellia says... the book is based upon a young shepard who embarks on a journey which teaches him about the benefits of connecting to the universe when seeking love for instance. It makes you ponder about your own life/love etc.

I'm going to read it again some time soon... I loved it.
I have also started reading another book by the same author - The Pilgrimage, although I have'nt got into this one like I did The Alchemist.

Good gift to receive... I gave it to a friend of mine as a gift about a couple of years ago, he has yet to open the book..... but I somehow think that even if he read it it would fly over his head...

Good plane read too.

@Blessings

I have several of Paulo Coelho books, the other good one is "The devil and Miss Prym". Too tired to get up and look at the correct spelling but it's close enough
LOL.
