Dear Diversity Manager,

We have received feedback from very concerned residents about the new Metropolitan Housing Trust Customer Survey (Equality and Diversity Questionnaire) that they have recently received through their door with the £75 gift voucher prize draw incentive.

If you are not the correct person to handle this inquiry please would you forward it to the correct person and let me know who that person is.

Residents need to be confident that they will not be giving out further personal information to White Supremacist Racists who will use Equality and Diversity information against them.

I am a member of RESS a community action group focused on the problem of Institutional / Organised Racism.

The reason I am writing is to try and obtain some facts about the ethos, performance, monitoring, evaluation and quality of the Metropolitan Housing Trust Race Equality / Diversity Scheme as a result of the concerns of the residents.

If it is true that the problem of Institutional / Organised Racism which is White Supremacy exists in the Metropolitan Housing Trust and this problem is not solved, Racists in Senior Management positions will sabotage and disrupt the work of non-racist staff.

I think you would agree that in order to secure the trust of the residents White Supremacist staff which are the same as Racist staff must be rooted out urgently if they are working in the Metropolitan Housing Trust.

Please would you send me the answer to these specific questions. Please would you ensure that no Racist staff answer these questions as White Supremacist, Racist Terrorist staff will try to lump all these questions together in an attempt to confuse the situation.

These White Supremacist, Racist Terrorists are responsible for the direct and indirect systematic abuse of the non-white community and are the cause of incompetent administration, stress in the work place, child abuse, misappropriation of funds, violent and unjustified arrests, premature deaths, domestic violence and crime on the streets.

1. Is the Metropolitan Housing Trust Institutionally Racist which is the same as White Supremacist?

2. How many of the Metropolitan Housing Trust departments have the correct number of Black and Minority Ethnic staff in Directorship and Senior Management positions?

3. What checks are in place to ensure that staff in the Metropolitan Housing Trust departments are not members of Racist organisations?

4. Please would you send me by post and email the latest performance results of the Metropolitan Housing Trust Race Equality / Diversity Scheme that show how it is monitored, managed and evaluated with information about the distribution of Black and Minority Ethnic people in comparison to White people at all levels of management.

5. Would you please send me the Metropolitan Housing Trust Organisational Chart (management structure) including job titles and ethnicity.

Please apply the Freedom of Information Act where and if necessary.

I look forward to your reply so that I can communicate the answers to people in the community network.

Please note that this is not a complaint. This is an enquiry that hopefully will produce positive results for the Black and Non-white Metropolitan Housing Trust residents.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Yours in good faith and hope.
