Dear Janet Preston - Open Government Unit - National Offender Management Service,

Thank you for your letter dated 10 September 2007.

I have visited the website: National Probations Service - News and Updates - and I was unable to find data that is relevant to the questions asked.

I will simplify the request and ask that you please send me the data by post and via email as the data is not on the website.

1. Would you please send me by email and by post the National Offender Management Service staff spreadsheet showing the relationship between:

1.1. Staff Ethnicity

1.2. Staff Job Grade/Level

1.3. Region

1.4. Year (since 2002 to date)

2. Would you please send me by email and by post the spreadsheet showing the relationship between the Ethnicity of the National Offender Management Service and the Ethnicity of the community served by the National Offender Management Service each year since 2002 to date.

Please apply the Freedom of Information Act where and if necessary.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Kind regards

Derrick Lynch
