Dear Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP,

Thank you for your letter dated 11 September 2007, Ref: 39489.01144/Sep 2007 JCP/54.

I understand that Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP is acting on the behalf of Jobcentre Plus.


I also understand that Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has been instructed that on 31 August 2007 a letter was received from Myself, Derrick Lynch, accusing Jobcentre Plus staff and the Jobcentre Plus of being White Supremacist Racists. In addition, Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP have been informed that I, Derrick Lynch have been writing to third parties using the name of the Jobcentre Plus in order to obtain information from them.


I am informing Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP that these reports are not correct and that I suspect these reports to be the result of White Supremacist Racist activity.


As a result of these reports and the letter I have received from Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP I have no choice but to suspect that;


1) White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs within Jobcentre Plus are spreading malicious rumours about me and possibly other Black / Non-White people/customers.

and/or


2) White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs within Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP are spreading malicious rumours about me and possibly other Black / Non-White people/customers.

Please would Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP answer the following questions and provide the requested information to assist me in the process of elimination to minimise the impact of suspect White Supremacist Racist activity as we move forward to address the issues raised.


I have looked at the section about diversity on the Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP website:

1. Are any of the Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP departments Institutionally Racist which is the same as White Supremacist?


2. Please would you send me by post and email the performance results of the Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP Race Equality/Diversity Scheme that show how it has been monitored, managed and evaluated at all levels of management each year since 2002 to date.


3. Would you please send me by email and by post the Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP staff spreadsheet showing the relationship between:

3.1. Staff Ethnicity (White, Black, Asian etc)
3.2. Staff Job Grade/Level (Partner, Assistant, Trainee etc)
3.3. Region (London)
3.4. Each Year (since 2002 to date)



4. Would you please send me by email and by post the spreadsheet showing the relationship between the Ethnicity of Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP (London) staff and the Ethnicity of the community served by the Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP each year since 2002 to date.


Please apply the Freedom of Information Act 2000 where and if necessary.

White Supremacist Racists are very Smart, Clever, Sophisticated, Deceptive, Well informed and Well resourced.

As a long standing and regular customer of Jobcentre Plus I hope as a result of our communications we discover that Jobcentre Plus and Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP are not organisations infested with these arrogant White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs who directly and indirectly abuse, exploit and kill people classified as Black / Non-White.
If White Supremacist ideology is not neutralised and the system of Institutional (Organised) Racism is not demolished these sick White Supremacist Racists would cause a Civil War if left unchecked

Edmonton Jobcentre Plus

We act for Jobcentre Plus. We are instructed that on 31 August 2007 a letter was received from yourself, accusing Jobcentre Plus staff and the Jobcentre Plus itself of being white supremacist racists. In addition, we are informaed that you have been writing to third parties using the name of Jobcentre Plus in order to obtain information from them.

You reported behaviour is totally unacceptable. If you continue in these activities, further legal action will be taken against you.

Jobcentre Plus offers an efficient and effective service for all those entitled to its support. It is committed to treating you in a fair manner and expects you to treat its staff in the same way. Jobcentre Plus will not tolerate any abusive of violent behaviour that threatens its staff and disrupts the service it offeers.

This warning does not prevent the bringing of criminal or civil proceedings in respect of your behaviour on 31 August 2007 that has given rise to this letter.

If you wish to contact us in relation to this matter, you should do so in writing to the postal address below, quoting the reference at the top of this letter. We will not accept any enquiries made by telephone or email.

A doubt has arisen about the service the Jobcentre Plus is providing that has resulted in the suspension of my Jobseeker's Allowance.



I had a meeting on Tuesday 28 August at 11:40 with Aysen.



Aysen told me that there were a "minimum of 3 steps that must be taken" on the Jobseekers Agreement.



I asked Aysen for the proof of this and she asked another member of staff to read through the guidelines who was subsequently unable to find anything about these compulsory "3 steps". Aysen said she had been told there were "3 steps" by her superiors. Aysen has promised to write to me a confirmation letter about these "3 steps".





Sharon Bailey and Jane came over to assist Aysen and behaved towards me in an intimidating White Supremacist Racist fashion. I had witnessed this behaviour from Sharon Bailey on a previous occasion when dealing with a Black youth some months earlier.



As a result of my experience I have no choice but to suspect that:

1) Sharon Bailey and Jane are misrepresenting Jobcentre Plus.

2) Sharon Bailey and Jane are enforcing there own requirements on customers above and beyond those specified in the Jobcentre Plus Jobseeker's Agreement.


3) Sharon Bailey and Jane are White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs.

and/or

4) Jobcentre Plus is a White Supremacist Racist infested organisation.


I cannot trust any further communications from Sharon Bailey and Jane at this stage.

I need clarification and confirmation from a reliable source that Jobcentre Plus is not abusing Black / Non-White people and that the Jobcentre Plus has an effective Race Equality Scheme.

1. Please would you or the appropriate person send me a spreadsheet that shows the records of the relationship between Staff Ethnicity, Staff Job Level/Grade and Department at Jobcentre Plus in London each year since 2002.


On the spreadsheet show the relationship between:

1.1. Staff Ethnicity - (White, Black, Asian etc)

1.2. Staff Job Level - (Grade)

1.3. Department - (Administration, Operations, Finance, Development, etc)

1.4. Year - (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 etc)


2. Please would you or the appropriate person include information about how the relationship between Staff Ethnicity, Job Level/Grade and Department in Jobcentre Plus in London has reflected the Ethnicity of the community that the Jobcentre Plus in London has served each year since 2002.


Please apply the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as necessary.

Thank you for your letter dated 11 September 2007.



Please would you acknowledge receipt of the letter I sent to you dated 31 August 2007 where the suspect decision was made to suspend my claim based on my questioning the enforcement of an alleged "minimum of 3 steps".





The issue of section 14(1) of the Freedom of Information Act, as a vexatious request is a separate issue caused by the activity of suspect White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs within Jobcentre Plus.




Please apply the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as necessary regarding the subject of the alleged "minimum of 3 steps".





White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs like to make promises and create plans with no intention to deliver. Black and Non-White people will be killed, abused and exploited as a result of decisions made this week, next week, next month and every month while the problem of White Supremacy continues to function via the system of Institutional (Organised) Racism.

4 October 2007.

Asked me to bring in a CV to be passed to their specialist Job match team.


I asked who the Job Match Team were.


Jobcentre Plus Adviser said there was no information available about the Job match team.


Job Match Team are White Supremacist Racist Suspects and/or hostages.
