Thank you for your reply.



The apparently atrocious management of the General Social Care Council Race Equality Scheme resulted in:



1. No Race Equality information kept prior to 2005.



2. No explanation for the poor management the Race Equality Scheme.



3. No analysis of the impact of the poor management of the Race Equality Scheme on the lives of Black / Non-White people.






It would appear that General Social Care Council have taken scant regard for the serious problem of Institutional (Organised) Racism and the huge impact the problem has on the lives of Black and Non-white people.


Every public service should be proud of its Race Equality / Diversity track record and keen to implement Race Equality Impact Assessments to ensure that Black and Non-white people are not being systematically abused.



Every public service infested with White Supremacist Racist saboteurs will be ashamed of its Race Equality track record.


White Supremacist Racist saboteurs work insidiously to divert resources, kill, exploit and abuse Black and Non-White people over long periods of time. These White Racist Terrorists in positions of trust and authority can afford to plan years into the future because they are not suffering daily as a result of their very Smart, Clever, Sophisticated and Deceptive anti-social strategies





White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs like to make promises, give assurances and create plans with no intention to deliver. Black and Non-White people will be killed, abused and exploited as a result of decisions made this week, next week, next month and every month while the problem of White Supremacy continues to function via the system of Institutional Racism.



Given the apparent contempt with which General Social Care Council have had for the management of the Race Equality Scheme I have no choice but to suspect that the General Social Care Council is a White Supremacist Racist infested organisation that is not "fit for purpose".

It was horrific to find out that the General Social Care Council has not kept Race Equalty information of this type prior to 2005.





Please would you obtain an explanation as to why this Race Equality information was not kept prior to 2005 and what impact this apparent gross incompetance has had on the Black and Non-White community served by the General Social Care Council.



Please would you ask your superior to send me the spreadsheet that shows the relationship between:


1. Staff Ethnicity - (White, Black, Asian etc)

2. Staff Job Level - (Please give the job level titles Directors, Senior Managers etc)

3. Department - (Finance, Development, etc)

4. Year 2005 to date




5. Please would you include information about how the relationship between Staff Ethnicity, Job Level/Title and Department in the General Social Care Council has reflected the Ethnicity of the community that the General Social Care Council has served each year since 2005.


Please apply the Freedom of Information Act as necessary for this request.

Thank you for your questions in respect of the equality and diversity at the General Social Care Council.



In response to your first question, relating to progress on delivering the equality and diversity strategy. The GSCC has been working to embed equality and diversity practice into everything it does at the GSCC. Progress has included provision of training on equality and diversity to staff, creation of an equality and diversity steering group, development and implementation of a new competency framework incorporating equality and diversity skills and behaviours, creating a policy on dignity at work and we are now rolling our an organisational wide impact assessment process.



With respect to your second, fourth and fifth questions relating to equal opportunities monitoring reports of our staffing, I attach all the monitoring reports we have for staff over the previous years.



In terns of your third questions which relates to employment checks, we will make sure that the GSCC does not recruit staff who pose a threat to non-white, or any other child, through the use of careful selection processes, employment references and criminal records checking.
