If things weren't bad enough for those vatos who dress like la commadre , it seems que happy days are here again. This week a justice of the peace has accepted a complaint from David Lopez Little, who by the way was Mr. gay vato Kingsville for 2006. Mr. Lopez known for dressing like a woman has been arrested several times for using women's bathrooms. The judgment allows men and even women who dress up the opposite to use public bathrooms based on how they are dressed without getting into trouble. A special bathroom will have to be building at all public places lab "what ever you are dressed like". Many shop owners were worried que they might not be able to afford to build an extra bathroom.
This pass Monday a local justice of the peace ordered Christina La Buena to jail for five day for first-offense of marijuana possession. Barrio members were very disappointed when word got out into the hood about the sentencing . The problem was que despite the fact that Christina was a quadriplegic with permanent tracheal, urinary and stomach tubes and was often ventilator-dependent, in addition to having various other infirmities. On Wednesday Christina died, after what the county Health Department concluded today que severely inadequate care in jail and in an emergency room.
And finally Victoria Anna Maria Gonzales Garcia, 25 filed a lawsuit yesterday against the widow of a barrio vato she collided with and killed last October in a freaked accident.
