Bo Diddley, whose innovative rhythms and guitar effects inspired legions of musicians, has died at his home in Florida, a spokeswoman said. He was 79.

According to THEIR history rock ‘n’ roll was invented by Bill Hailey, Elvis and Jerry Lee Lewis. I know better. The correct (HOLY) Trinity is: Chuck Berry, Little Richard and this fellow:



FWIW Bo was one of my early influences and represents something, currently missing in music…originality.

Let's have a look at some (white) artists who "borrowed heavily" from his concepts.

Yea Bo Diddley was a true musical pioneer. In his lifetime never got the credit or financial rewards for his music. His label Chess in his heyday never gave him any royalties!!
