EFFF the critics it was brilliant!
I had watched the cartoon series "clone wars" so I was more prepared than most.
I liked all of this film and wouldnt fault it. Take it as it is... a kids movie about spaceship battles and badies with glowing swords. Relax, dont analyse it like you would and adult movie and just enjoy...

I thought it was really good. I love the production design, for some reason it reminded me a little bit of Final Fantasy, FFX in particular. Probably the ornate set design. Also the bit where Palpatine was talking to Anakin at the 'Opera'. Reminded me of Blitzball.
Never was a die hard Star Wars fan, so I'm not gonna get too extra about the whole thing, but I liked all the prequels, even through some of the plot contrivances, and dodgy acting.

EP III
Ok .......
Its ticked most of the boxes, a few points to take issue with but its ok.
I would say this one is for the fans.
Great effects.
Anakin still cant act but hey its star wars who cares he looks the part.
Sam Jackson does not disapoint & does not go out like a punk.
Yoda is the man !!!
Ian Mcdimond or what ever his name is!!!Steals the show as theSith Lord.
WHAT IS IT WITH BRITISH BAD GUYS !!!
As a fan I would say not bad Mr Lucas the best by a long way of the prequels.
8 out of 10.

I thought it tid up all the loose ends nicely.Since eveyone know the outcome, the execution was cruicial.George Lucas is no screenwriter ,but this film flowed better.
I can't wait ofr the DVD because the battle scene at the beginning had so much going on it was very hard to follow.
Kind of curious on the time

At the end was the twins were seperated and they were on CPT Antilles ship (remember the beginning of the first Star Wars). Can I asumme it took almost thirty years to construct the Death Star?confused3

Burning Spear.
They started the death star back in attack of the clones which is a few years before Revenge of the Sith. It doesnt take 30 years it takes less than 20 which is roughly how old Luke and Leia are at the beginning of Star Wars.
The second one doesnt take as long to build though because from Empire strikes back to Return of the Jedi is not THAT long.

Seen them all now, saw Sith a couple of hours ago, last time I saw the original Star Wars I was 5,so need to revisit it.
This pre-quel is good ties up a lot of loose ends makes the other movies make more sense etc.
And most of all.....Yodas game is tight!!!niceone.gif
I aint asking for nothing, just open the door and i\'ll take it myself-James Brown.

I can't beleive its all over.I saw the original as a teenager and its finally done.In retospect the saga was about Vadar moreso than Luke, the Jedi and the Force. This epic changed the way we look at movies.
The last five minutes of the movie was to be quite honest with you quite powerful. When Annikan became Vader was a sight to behold.
