Which one?
Shogun assasin is the first two parts of the lone wolf and cub series which is 6 parts in total.
So are you asking about the movie made from two episodes, or the series itself?

You've seen the first two episodes lol:P
Which are okay I guess. I always thought the whole series was well overrated and not enough action happens. That which does is too brief and over too quickly. Far more realistic yes it is but that makes it less watchable imo

I heard the fourth installment was off the hook though. Apparently there's some tatooed female assassin who walks around naked and hacks people to death....something like that lol.

Zatoichi is much better.

Nah man... Shogun is a classic.
You don't even have to like it, its just a classic no matter what.
Didn't know there was more to the series though... can you post them up TW?

Y'all need to peep Lady Snowblood. It's like a female version of Shogun Assassin with a slightly better story.

There's another Shogun Assassin type film called Lady Snowblood. I saw it years ago I think it was made around the same time. It was quite good, not as bloody and goofy though.
I've still yet to watch the babycart series I downloaded lol.
