That is so tight I can barely stand it. I can't WAIT for that movie to come out. I was all about transformers when I was little.

Guess I have to retract an earlier statement. I said I weren't gonna see this......but....I watched all the trailers and TV spots. Seen all the bot designs an everything.
This thing looks excellent.

I HEARD SOME WHERE that the producers are planning to relaunch transformers, with a huge range of merchandising to go with it....this could be one of those dissapointments; toned downed violence in favour of the early-teen target market...if you think the merchandising on TMNT was bad wait till transformers hits tjhe screen

ok.....
So I saw this movie today. And I absolutely loved it. A few stereotypes were thrown in, but, I still think it is a great movie.

How did you see it DarkCloud? It's not out over here for a little while. Actually I've seen it as well and it was alright. I'm gonna wait till I can see it in better quality before I decide what I think of it.
It really is a Michael Bay film that happens to have robots in it though. I don't really like his style so you can guess what I'm likely to think of it.

Watching it now... not too impressed, its one of those cinema films, need a good picture and proper sound.
Going back to independant films.
They only make movies for kids nowadays.
Black Lion is... Agu Bu Oji in Igbo, Simba nyeusi in Swahili, the name of a hospital in Addis Adaba the capital of Ethiopia.

*** Still watching it***
Find it odd them talking about ebay and stuff, prefer it when its a diffrent reality, advertising in movies takes from things rather makes it less realistic... same goes for the Bently air jet in Fantastic 4. Like jeez, talk about major ''free'' advertizing, got all sorts of companies making steros with ''I-Pod compatiable'' scrawled on them like thats how you spell MP3s, even cars advertize saying the same thing. Bet £100 one of the machines says something about an I-Pod, or someone says something about one.
Capitalism dosen't work on so many levels. Just end up being ruled by dictator like monolith companies. I mean tescos probably own enough land to be a country of their own. Tescoland, run by Tescoans, Capital; Isle 01.
... yeah I watch movies and dicern on revolutionary matters at the same time. I'm that sad... notice the Red, White and blue in the main robot thingy as well, same with superman. Couldn't help themselves I guess.
*Roll eyes*

I have tried not to be overly pedantic anymore when watching this movies. Especially screen adaptations of comic books classics. They have to make the money. And sadly the demographics are switching from those that actually lived it to a whole new generation of comic book neophytes
The product placement was as shameless as i-robot.
Was good to watch at the cinema tho'.
