Just saw it today.

I'll admit that I hadn't seen the first 2 because I always seem to catch them during the middle on HBO.But anyway, maybe it was just me but I was kind of disappionted after hearing lots of rave reviews about how good this franchise was

I would rate this move a 7 out of 10. It wasn't the worst movie I've seen but it wasn't worth the cost of a movie ticket either (that new Halloween move HAD to be the very worst!http://blog.horror.main.jp/images/halloween2007.jpg
Do NOT go see this movie at the movie theater or Blockbuster! Yes, its that bad. Rob Zombie has to be the worst director in history).

Ashanti dies inside the first 10 minutes. I wasn't pleased.

I have no desire to see it at all cos it looks boring. Halloween was just a waste of time although the young Michael Myers was genuinely as creepy as any child actor could get.

I saw Day Watch earlier which was quite good although it was too surreal at times and downright bizarre.
