Apart from the depressing music score throughout.....
One of the MANY things from this bullshit film that smacks of ridiculousness is Terrence Howard and Matt Dillon's characters.
First, Terrence was too pu$$y to so much as speak up to the racist white pig when his wife was being sexually molested....then later on when a racist colleague suggests to him that a black actor's eloquence is unrealistic and that he should change his lines back to ebonics, instead of Terrence standing up for himself, he yet again backs down like a total pu$$y and gives in to him. Yet when two brothas with GUNS try to carjack him later on, then my man suddenly tun superhero and starts to fight them to the death because he's 'stressed'.
Also the way they tried to justify Matt Dillon's character molesting the man's wife because he was upset over the African woman who was supposedly apathetic to his father's sick condition. Then when he sees the same African woman the following day he brings race into the equation and gives some long story on how if it wasn't for people like his so called wonderful dad then 'minorities' wouldn't be where they are today. But no it's all OK he's not evil after all because later on he saves that same woman he committed a very serious sexual offence against from a burning fire who had the accident in the first place because her African husband wasn't there for her blah blah blah.
Trust me I could pick apart literally everything in that entire whack ass movie.
