... the lure is a good one though. Don't think the monster can be anything more than godzilla or the marshmellow man, I mean once its been done its been done, can hardly be a variant far off from either really.... the real time style doesn't go well with the, 'throw a few jokes in to make it a 16 rating' bit either.

That is how exactly what my brother think the mystery creature is. I haven't seen it yet, but I'm not exactly going ga-ga over and I don't know why?
Movie was pretty good, once you can get past the obvious fact that there's no way in hell someone will be holding on to a camcorder in that kind of situation and that 99% of the looters were AAs, not to mention the first 20 minutes which felt like 200 minutes.
I guess you guys have different tastes in movies than I have.. did we all see the same movie?
I thought that movie was garbage. I could have created that monster with some clay and/or play do? What kind of kermit the frog claymation bs was that?
The Blair Witch project was successful because of the way it was touted/presented as some true story(which it wasn't), but it was the presentation.
To apply the same presentation to a monster movie is wack.
I'm glad I didn't pay to see that waste of an hour and 20 minutes(online bootlegs are the bomb).
