What these sites are doing is keeping a list of movies that are stored on other sites, some in the US. like Google and Megavideo, which play back good, and alot in other countries like China, which play too slow. The good think about the movies hosted in China is that there laws apparently are not as strict and the movies don't get taken down. But to watch you have to keep it paused for a while (sometimes for a long time), while you go do something else, to give the movie a chance to load.
