what you need to do is making sure the blinking cursor is in the search box after you've typed in what you wanted to search then you press the enter/return button on your keyboard

It is correct that if you type your search query in the box and then press the enter button on your keyboard rather than clicking on the search button it will work.
I am going to rectify the script error and notify all when done.
