The article doesn't mention Linux but that would be the truly logical step. If Munich and Norway can do it, why can't Black people world wide do it?

Well, to get people to use anything other than Windows is usually a fairly difficult thing. Also, historically, we usually chosen "the path of least resistance," especially when it comes to learning about technology. It will take a lot to get us to do something like this, especially since open source is often a matter of prinicple. I would be willing to help, however you can only help people that want to be helped.
