I've used the PhotoPlus and it's great. There's another for more graphical stuff but I forgot the name. That one might also have templates for cards, invitations, etc.

If you have Microsoft Works 99/2001 thenthey should be able to help you produce a christening invite using Microsoft Greetings or Microsoft Works Tasks Launcher.
Open Office is free.
Also you may have an old CD with Ability Office 98, (courtesy of computer mags), which is also free. If you haven't it's worth asking around; maybe someone you know who'sinto computingmay have one. They may even have other free office software on cd's.
