Pc Pro- its about £5 a month if my memory serves me right...

Last edition was mainly about the New MAc vs VISTA.. going through the technical details of both operating system..

New technology in computer..

Dotnet frame works...

If that sounds like your cup of tea then by all means buy it, if not then it will be a waste of money as some of the jargons will be a bit to much for the brain to process..

I would start my monthly subscription but my colleague has one so I am mainly taking the advantage of his for now.

LD: I get Computer Active.....its bi Weekly costs about a dollar thirty five, written in PLAIN english, with explanations for every piece of jargon used...It has workshops of how to do various things...I'd advocate this as a starting point..

I concur with Kunjufu on this magazine. Very easy to read and understand.

At times they do have some goodies. For the most part, what I like about the magazine is the easy style of writing it has and the workshops they provide for the absolute beginner to the advanced user.
