i usually use zone alarms free

im willing to try a different one on the my laptop

any suggestions or should i just stick with zonealarms?

There's quite a few good firewall programs out there. (F-Secure, Outpost, Kerio, Sygate, AVG etc)

I personally use Agnitum Outpost Firewall. Hasn't let me down since I loaded it until my pc 2 years ago.

I've never used zonealarm so cant really say much about it, in terms of comparision with sygate

I've been using Sygate personal firewall for quite a while now - and ive never experienced any problems

does anyone use sygate?

i tried to use it but didnt understand

may give it another go unless someone can suggest something else whihc they have tried

btw when i google sygate i keep getting semantic norton.
