I have downloaded IE7, and it was the worst mistake of my life. If anything it is the lack of security that I have a major problem with. That and the way the tabs are situated annoy me. I like knowing I am protected while browsing, and when I choose to tab certain websites they appear in the order that I tabbed them. This was is not the case with IE7. IE7 looks bloated to me as well. There was a problem that I have received as well that appears to only come from IE7, and it is the fact that I often get redirected to a site called cpvurlfeed.com. It is nothing more than adware. Something I despise with a passion along with viruses, trojans, and keyloggers. Mostly spyware and the ever evolving viruses. Anyway, I read a while back that it was indeed possible to revert IE7 back to IE6. Sadly for me I believe this was for the first beta of IE7, as I believed I had. I could be mistaken. All I know is I seem to be stuck with a browser that I have grown to hate. My best bet has always been opera and firefox. I love both of these browsers as the problems I have already mentioned do not appear when I surf the web in either. If I had to recommend a browser I would most likely recommend opera. I mainly use firefox for viewing flash videos and the like when opera does not want to cooperate. Either one though, you are not likely to go wrong.

P.S.: I do have an anti-virus installed, as well as software to detect and remove adware/spyware. It is great to surf smart online, but sometimes the programs you use to protect you from harmful attacks seen and unseen do not catch everything. This was the case with me.

Peace.

No i don't like IE7 one bit in fact i pretty much hate it. I don't like the way that you have to view your history and i don't like what they have done with the refresh button or the back and forward button as well. I don' lke that file and edit etc are below the search bar instead of above it.
IE6 was a lot better in my opinion. When i find the time i will probably swap back.

Has anybody tried Windows Safari and if so what did you make of it? I think that it is ok but i hardly ever seem to use it.
