New website feedback please..

Just finished putting together a new website and would appreciate some critical and honest feedback.

Its my first time out using Flash MX and Front Page, so from a self taught beginner's point of view I just need another set of eyes to look at things; navigation, the way it feels, looks as I am bound to miss the obvious, especially typo's..

Your qualifications are impressive..although a little scary! Grammar is a bit ropey..doesn'tleave a good impression and that whiplash sound is, well, alarming. lol

Thanks, please point out the grammar issues as these can be sorted..

The sound is suppose to be a deep breath in and then breathing out again.. but thanks..

It's too loud and too fast. It's more like a small jet engine than breathing.
