Xvid to ipod converter

Criteria

It must be free..

It must convert the WHOLE video.

It must not have the damned logo splashed all over my movie

It must be easy to use...

any suggestions?

Watcher i must be stupid or something....what is the programme supposed to look like? I've downloaded the DVD decrypter but won't work...I also downloaded avs dvd to ipod and that has a dirty big logo splashed across the screen....
