Any World of Warcraft Nerds?

OK, ours is serious gaming household... we have it all:

Age of Empires/Civilization(s) /Settlers/Starcraft/Warcraft 1-3/Command and Conquer (Red Alert/Tiberian Sun/Zero Hour), Sim City 1-4/Black & White et al...

Over Christmas, we decided to get on the boat for World of Warcraft in time for the expansion (Burning Crusade) and dammit, it's eating my life.

Come on in, grab a seat and go through the twelve steps with me... or tell me about your characters/race/class/professions etc.

I think I'll call this the Nubian Nerd WoW thread.

Yeah.. how the hell do you get people to use the subway on Sim City..

In fact YJR have you ever made any moneywithout having to beg and borrow to just keep your city running..

BTW Its about time some bright spark made a game from an African standpoint.. Kemet..orthe Age of Ghana/ etc..its hard to beileve it hasnt been done because there is some big money to be made there.

I play strategy games and REAL RPGs not that WoW is ahack and slash RPG. Though bascially all my friends play it...

^ Man that game looks sick. Tried to sign up for the newslatter but the link dies. Do you have anything to do with it TLA? I'd buy itnow if I could.

My game in settlers 3 just crashed, dosen't seem to work. These games are the best to play when you're busy, can just sit back and let them do their thang' while you go about yours.... shame it keeps crashing though. The only thing with a lot of them is that they're easy to clock in that the computer intelligence isn't too smart, with settlers its gets kind of,

''You do that then this happens''

If you get me, that and its always about the military. Take control military wise and you can seize and control anything after that. Am looking to buy Age of Empires, World of Warcraft or one of those cool sci fi ones with Mechs (giant robots)that battle each other. Imagine a Zulu warrior mech!
