I wanted to know if the Dagara elders could tell the diffrence between fiction and reality. The elders did not understand what a starship is, they did not understand what the fussy uniforms had to do with anything but they recognized in Spock a Kontomble of the seventh planet... they had never seen a Kontomble that big.
Now assuming these were exceptionally good engineers doing cutting edge work at the time what does that say average engineers should have been capable of by 1975?
The way to improve the Lightning would be to use turboprops. That should raise the cruising speed and engine reliability.
A turbine car almost won the Indy 500 in 1968. But for some reason turbines were banned. Why ban the fastest technology from a car race?
This society has sabotaged itself with stupid bullsh!t automobile designs for the last 30 years. Making two seater sports cars is more bullsh!t.
True. They had engines that ran on vegetable oil back in WW2 and Ford has had electric cars for ages... if you watch the video the electric car can out do any car we use today, the accel is amazing they're blatantly up to something hording all the technology and letting it out bit by bit. It puts me off the whole techno bit knowing its all some BS... the whole industry lives in the past.
Of course if they can run cars on electricity and suppress technologies whats with the wars for oil? Whats with all this global warming ''we need new sources for energy'' crap?
