Talking gaming here... may as well throw in entertainment seeing as most consoles can play DVDs and surf the net now.

Have always been a fan of PCs for gaming. The keyboard allows you to use more functions instead of tapping P2 while holding L3 and stroking the blue key to do a simple spinning kick, other unimaginable combinations are needed for strategy games like Delta Force especially when you need to command a team like in Ghost Recon, or even take on a long play game like Dues Ex et al. All in all it allows you to be more technical. There goes my unbiased stance. .lol.

It used to be that PCs had better graphics capabilities bar none, there wasn't competition until the Dreamcast generation then it was in debate where it wasn't before but now theres a slight chance consoles could take it on the gaming front, the keyboard advantage is probably dusted thinking about it, can probably hook one up to a PS3 seeign as consoles are made for gaming it probably won't be long before they start putting some seriously/ridiculously powerful graphics cards (and cooling units) into consoles like never before... they might just take the entertainment tag from PCs over all.

Black lion..they had this test on Xleague Tv...pitching consoles vs Pc over a lan connection...playing a team shoot em up...and the PC bods got absolutely slaughtered big time!!

depends what kind of game you're talking. Anything fast or action packed go for console every time, sport sims and beat em ups especially. Definately consoles for racing games too.

But strategy or rpgs or things like that are best on PC. You wouldn't use your Xbox to play football manager or civilization but it kicks ass with HALO in a way a PC can't.

PC bods never get slaughtered, they disband and regroup...

@ TW; If you could stop staring at that modded Xbox/PC and had to choose between a suped up PC with all the gear, drivers wheel, game pad, latest (dual) processor, graphics card and so on and a console with all the latest what not including a keyboard (they have to have one for it) which would you choose?

Not even sure I can even put a computer together now. The latest Dell has two graphics cards in it btw...
