Hi,

Does anyone know a dermatologist for black skin around the london area? Or a beauty salon (not hair) that could give me advice about my skin. I appear to have hyperpigmentation all over my legs. They look like dark spots where my hair follicles are which makes me look like I've got hairy legs even when I've shaved them! I really don't want to go down the skin lightening routebut any suggestions would be appreciated.

PS I do exfoliate!

Thanks

Yes geeky, there is this place in Croydon called Profile Aesthetics: Profile House, they sell this cream called Dermafade which takes away dark mars scars and uneven skintone and if you use it often enough like twice a day, it lightens skin abit. It don't have hydroquin... (whatever its called) and its £30 a bottle which can last up to 3-4 months....niceone.gif

surely she wpuld need a product that does not lighten her skin as lightening is damaging. she will just need somewhere that wil help her get rid of the black heads on her legs:?

Try the Laser Treatment clinic they specialize in Black skin. I go there to get treatment for my skin. Their number is 08451 30 35 36 or 0207 307 8747. They are based at Harley Street London. And they are also relitively cheap.

Be careful of reading and living your life by health books you might die of a misprint.
