I just compiled some music I can dance to in my yard, and I have an instant abs machine. I just need to get my diet sorted, then I'm good to go!

I go to the gym 4 times a week. Tuesdays and Thursdaysi do alot of cardio, Mondays and Saturdaysi do somecardio but mostly weights.
My diet is quite good but sometimes i lack discipline,i spend say 2 hours in the gym come out and go to Pizza hut for dinner. confused2

Their is nothing wrong with having the odd pizza , or even burgers. Personally I eat healthy during the week, but the weekend it is gorging session LOL

I used to keep in shape when i could afford a monthly gym membership, but i can't afford it anymore, so now ihave to contendwith doing sit ups, press ups indoorsand running to try and keep in shape...but it's nowhere near the same as using gym equipments.
