ive sat and watchd a few classes.i have to say it looks very impressive, and it would certainly keep you fit, and it looks like fun, the music sounds great.
however i would say the learning curve looks very steep beacuse apart from the 2 instructors everyone else in the group looked absolutely terrible.

lol, yeah...its one of those things that takes long term commitment -always room for improvement.
What I like most about it is that it is so much more than the physical aspect, it isn't measured by how high the player can jump or perform... it takes it to a deeper level of movement and flow, history and philosophy. It really put me off the first time I saw it but when I started seeing people of all ages, even a pregnant woman do it (very slowly ofcourse, minus all the flips 'n kicks lol)... Like tai chi and yoga, there is a life force flow, I think they call it axe.... The game is not about competition. I really saw how it was more than how our body can move.

You ever heard of the Golden Rule. He who has the gold makes the rules!
He who asks is a fool for five minutes. He who never asks remains a fool for ever.

i think all black people should consider visiting Bahia State in Brazil, it has one of the largest African populations in the Americas.
