Any suggestions to getting a firm and flat stomach?
Anyone here ever had a pot belly (which I currently possess but it ain't hanging over or nothing crazy like that) and managed to get it ironing board flat and maintained it ever since.
Dieting and exercise tips pleez.

Cute......nah! :PI'm looking to do something about it before I turn into Big Belly Man.
I had a subscription to Men's Health a long time ago but I stopped it cos I never used to read any of it.

Perhaps you should tell your wife to stop cooking so well. Nothing a good diet of string beans and boiled cabbage won't take care of. Oh, and do sit-ups regularly.

Lay off them beers and oily food.......drink lots of water, sit-ups and minimise what you eat.

Start doing some jogging if can, it won't give u a six pack.. but it will make the belly go down.

Doing sit ups won't have that much effect.. u'll just get a tough belly, but it will still loot pot.

Jogging/Running tends to drain the fat a way around the waist area.. it's the most effective that I have found.

I think skipping also works effectively, if done right.

I dont have a pot belly but I havea very big arch in my back that makes my belly stick out a lil bit, is there any way that I can bring my stomach in without holding it in?:?

jogging is the best thing you can do...and start with your daily abs-workout program...but you need to stay focused as it takes time. you can get a pot belly in two weeks but it takes months to get a perfectly flat belly
BT you are right...rope skipping is even better than jogging...but skipping is haaaaaaardcore...and i am not talking about lil' girls' skipping but 10 minutes power skipping will kill you....so start with jogging

Preferably without surgery?
Any exercises or something? Sit ups?
