Ok so I'm about 90% sure that I have developed some sort of wheat intolerance. My question is how and where do I go about getting tested for this formally, alony with any other things I may be allergic to?

I would go directly to my doctor surgery but I wouldn't trust those people to diagnose my gender let alone a medical issue.

Any suggestions???

Everytime u have pasta or rice or bread do u have traped wind?? I had this, and stopped eating it altogether for a while just to clear my system. I don't really know what to suggest except just going off the food which u think is giving u an intolerance and see if the symptoms stop.

You may have to get a bit technical to get the help you need.

Using the term 'gluten' or 'gluten free' will attact a wide range of sources.
