My plan is 3 meals a day (no snacks), consists of protein, fruits and veg (no carbs) plus 2litres of water. I have to leave 5hrs between each meal, and the last meal I have to consume2hrs before I go bed. Each meal is weighed and measured and I have to choose food from a selected range. The plan has been made specificallyfor me.
As for exercise I'm gonna utilise the gymbefore I leave. No weights, but I'll push myself on the cardiovasular side.

Well I've been off my plan for a while, so when I start back again I will automatically go into detox mode cos of the change in food. When I first did the plan the detoxing made me feel like crap, but it only lasted a week and I had lost 7lb so it was worth it.

Most diet programmes come with a form of counselling nowadays. Supposed to help you understand your eating habits and the cause of it, how u can control it in the future etc

Yep. And it worked like a charm for me. The only reason I'm going back to it is because my programme focuses more on the things in your life than the things that you eat. I could do with that little bit of extra support right now.

I don't get counselling as such, I get a one to one consulation. In that consultation they weigh and measure me, then look at my food diary and tell me where I'm going wrong. But the other dayI did one of their questionnaires which showed up that I'm a severe emotional overeater and counselling was suggested. The past 2 mths haveactually proved that when I'm stressed I do eat, soSoulstarr as it seems like we are more or less in the same boat we can support each other if you like?

I'm gonna be continuing my training sessions as before.
3 times a week consisting of weights and cardio. Went training on christmas eve and today. Gonna keep focused on my work.
To everyone else, train hard and keep up the good work.
