I finish reading a e-book called by Tom Venuto called "Burn the fat, feed the muscle".

It details in great detail about nutrition and what foods you should and shouldn't eat and why. Also it details about cardion and strength training as well.

For more info on this book you can go here.

If anyone wishes, I can "provide" a copy of this book for you. Just send me a pm.
