Greetings all

My Cholesterol is high (7) and my GP wanted to put me on drugs , but I didn't really want this. I said that I'd try to get It down by exercise and diet, but If this didn't work, I'd reluctantly take his advice.

Has anybody out there managed to get theirs down and If you have, how?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Maybe if you drink more water and eat more soups before you eat a solid plate of food high in hydrogenated oils.

Oil and water dont mix, so maybe more water based food and it preparation will most likely drop the cholesterol from high eating.

I say if you like to eat, then you should be involved in some aspect of the food preparation then just eating.

Well that's what parents say to their children at times.

That's seem appropiate and may actually help with cutting the cholesterol.

No study done yet, but if so I wouldnt be suprised at the results.
