i have been watching a show called x-weighted on sky travel, one of the endurance tests includes a basic aerobic step at a decent height
now i seen one in argos for 12.99
however i was wondering whether its worth getting the basic step to do a step routine or should i buy a side stepper with or without resistance bands
bare in mind i have a cross trainer already
i figure a i can introduce stilletos once i reach a certain level just so i know i i wont collapse in heels going up 4 , 5 flights of stairs
