A loud fart might help to start. Sounds like you need a cleanout. You might have old waste fermenting in your gut.
Take away all the meat from your diet and just eat fruit, veggies and drink juices (fresh no corn syrup or refined sugar) and water. Take half your body weight and drink that number of ounces of water per day.
Call me in a week and let me know how you feel.

well i didn't do exactly what you said(cutting out meat completely) however, i did drastically limit my meat intake and i ate mostly vegetables, and drank lots of water. i also took several cups of herbal tea(smooth moveblkexercise). i was able to rid my system of all the "toxins." thank you. i realize that having food stuck in your body is not a good thing. i will go back to consuming less food. i really would like to go without food on a regular basis.

Good 4 U. Water tip, take your weight in pounds, divide by 2, and that is how much water you should try to drink each day.
Example: 140 pounds/2= 70, drink 70 ozs of water each day.
