It's only meant as an aid. It's just that too many lazy buggers think they can just wrap it around their waist and do jack all.

If they sell "Men's Health" magazine in UK..that's a perfect place to find good fitness info especially solid ab workouts....

Bottom line..do cardio work to lower your body weight....and fat %.....that's FIRST..

and do routines that hit upper ab, lower ab, obliques.....

you'll have a strong midsection and better posture...

genetics will determine how much of a vidible six pack or eight pack you can develop, but the aim is to have a flat waist....

machines like these muscle stimulators have existed before.....bruce lee used them before appearing on camera.....

they are for guys who are already in great shape...and they help muscles look really defined if you're gonna pose or take picture or film a movie....

For an average person just tryin gto stay in shape....complete waste of dollars..or pounds..euros or pesos or whatever kind of curreny you use.

Thanks DtotheJ was looking for a bit of info. An African version of that magazine would be good. The protein foods and aids they advertise aren't good for us, actually get nose bleeds drinking things like Nutriment/Nourishment.

Not a fan of those electro-therapy kits, use my own body weight in training, helps keeps in shape longer and avoid any, ''gym addiction syndrome'' in trying to keep the same mass levels. Put focus on joint work as well, not having that creep up on me with age.

Capueira kicks ass btw.

I wanted to know if the Dagara elders could tell the diffrence between fiction and reality. The elders did not understand what a starship is, they did not understand what the fussy uniforms had to do with anything but they recognized in Spock a Kontomble of the seventh planet... they had never seen a Kontomble that big.

BL

ads support the magazines.....but unlike the muscle head mags...men's fitness always has articles about proper nutrition.

the ads and those products are for people who want shortcuts

the magazine and the routines they show are on point
