Dear Lauren Cruse - Customer Care Manager,

Thank you for you email.

You, Lauren Cruse are not correct.

I have not been supplied with all the information relevant to my query about White Supremacy (Racism) in adidas.

It is possible that adidas Group Head Office did not supply you with the questions originally asked. Therefore I have made a copy below for your convenience.

Please would you forward the inquiry to the correct person in the adidas organisation who can provide the correct answers.

Thank you very much for your cooperation.

Kind regards

Derrick Lynch

I am writing to find out facts about the performance of the Race Equality / Diversity Scheme in Adidas Group as the first and most important stage of seeking employment in your organisation. Please forward this communication to the correct person.

I have to deliver a report to Job Centre Plus about job seeking activity. The questions in this questionnaire will enable me to demonstrate that I am seeking work and will also serve as a record for myself, Job Centre Plus, Community Networks and other interested parties about the culture, ethos, direction and performance of the organisation contacted.

Before sending in a CV a Job Seeker must be confident that the organisation contacted is not an Institutionally Racist which is the same as a White Supremacist organisation. The way the questions below are answered, or not as may be the case, will provide evidence of how serious the organisation is about the problem of Racism.

White Supremacist, Racists are responsible for the direct and indirect systematic abuse of the non-white community and are the cause of incompetent administration, stress in the work place, child abuse, misappropriation of funds, violent and unjustified arrests, premature deaths, domestic violence and crime on the streets.

Please would you send me the answer to these specific questions. Please would you ensure that no Racist staff answer these questions as White Supremacist, Racist staff will try to lump all these questions together in an attempt to confuse the situation.

1. Are any of the Adidas Group Departments Institutionally Racist which is the same as White Supremacist?

2. How many of the Adidas Group Departments have the correct number of Black and Minority Ethnic staff Trustee, Executive, Directorship and Senior Management positions?

3. What checks are in place to ensure that staff in the Adidas Group Departments are not members of Racist organisations?

4. Please would you send me by post and email the latest performance results of the Adidas Group Race Equality/Diversity Scheme that show how it is monitored, managed and evaluated with information about the distribution of Black and Minority Ethnic people in comparison to White people at all levels of management.

5. Would you please send me by email and by post the Adidas Group Organisational Chart (management structure) including job titles and ethnicity. Please apply the Freedom of Information Act where and if necessary.

I look forward to your reply so that I can communicate the answers to Job Centre Plus and Community Networks.

This is not a complaint. This is an employment enquiry.

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Yours in good faith and hope.

Derrick Lynch

Maybe I have missed something but from what I have read of your letter to Addidas I have to say were it me that had received this letter it would end up in the dustbin. Period!!!

The way your questions are positioned is rather leading to say the least. For example what sort of answer would you expect from a leading brand / organisation to your first question?

Surely they are going to answer no to this question..

I worked for the Whitbread group and we didn't have any of the following practices in place with regards to question 2 - 4.

If you wanted an ethnic breakdown on the employees of whitbread you would find that they employ people from all the ethnic groups found within the M25 corridor. Nonetheless this would not dismiss them from being accused of racism or prejudice simply because of the divisions of labour.

There are several factors that one needs to consider when trying to establish what are the most important issues for an organisation trying to bring about fairness of opportunity within the company!!

For example is it more important to have more women general managers heading up their subsidaries so that there is an equal split of men and women; or should the focus be on race or both?

Both my previous line managers were black and Jamaican holding the title of finance manager therefore it would be difficult to label the Gm as a racist as he employed them. However if you looked at the company from the executive level then you would be hard pushed to find anyone of colour represented at that level.

If you changed your questions and the wording then you might get a more favourable response. The bottom line is the Uk is still predominantly white and as such you must expect the workforce to be representative of that fact.

No doubt your intentions are genuine but your approach is not and thats from a person that considers myself to be radical. So please for the benefit of all people of colour try to be more subtle with your questions.

Regards

Shaka

White Supremacist Racists hate questions being asked about the performance of the Race Equality Scheme.

The Whitbread Group is a suspect White Supremacist Racist infested organisation and needs to be investigated. Perhaps your experience could be of value in this regard.

White Supremacist ideology is also misogynist.

White Supremacist Racists have no problem with the employment or enslavement of people they have classified as Black / Non-white as long as they remain in control of the situation.

A factual not 'favourable' response is the objective.

The bottom line is that White Supremacist ideology is the problem.

Can you post some examples of subtle questions?

Omitting the term white supremcist from your questionnaire is a good place to start. You've alredy set the hostile tone and no doubt they will read Q1 and do their utmost to ignore or fob you off.

If you try to come across as more sympathetic to the organisation that is when they will reveal more information and you may somehow be able to trip them up.

May also be a good idea not to inform these people that you are unemployed.

Do you expect them to take your accusations seriously?

The tone is only hostile to a White Supremacist Racist.

Have you ever tried this?

Why do you think this?

No accusations are made as it is an inquiry. The organisation is given an opportunity to take the inquiry seriously.
