Dear Jackie Elliott - Information Compliance Manager - Legal Services Commission,


Thank you for your letter dated 21 August 2007.


It would appear that you have taken scant regard for the serious problem of Institutional (Organised) Racism in the public and private services and the huge impact the problem has on the lives of Black and Non-white people.

You, Jackie Elliott said on behalf of the Legal Services Commission and I quote:

"We are aware that you have made similar applications to a number of other public sector bodies. Your requests do not appear to serve any useful purpose or to be serious enquiries about employment. Your allegations about the commission, and the assumptions you make about Mr Regan in particular, are refuted, unfounded and quite offensive. It is for these reasons that we regard your request as vexatious under section 14 of the Act, as explained in our previous letter to you."


No allegations, assumptions or libellous comments have been made whatsoever as this is fundamentally an inquiry into the performance of the Race Equality Scheme in the Legal Services Commission.


White Supremacist Racist Saboteurs are always offended by inquiries about Race Equality and do not believe inquiries about Race Equality "serve any useful purpose". Normal people have no problem with inquiries about Race Equality.


Every public service should be proud of its Race Equality/Diversity track record and keen to inform the communities served about the trends and results of their Race Equality Strategy to ensure that Black and Non-white people are not being systematically abused by insidious White Supremacist Racists. Every public service infested with White Supremacist Racist saboteurs will be ashamed of its Race Equality track record.


Given the apparent contempt with which you, Jackie Elliott have treated my requests for information about Race Equality performance in the Legal Services Commission I have no choice but to suspect that:

1) you, Jackie Elliott are misrepresenting the Legal Services Commission.

2) you, Jackie Elliott are a White Supremacist Racist Saboteur.

and/or

3) The Legal Services Commission is a White Supremacist Racist infested organisation.


I cannot trust any further communications from you at this stage.

Please would you give me the name of your superior and forward a copy of all our communications to date to your superior.

Please would you ask your superior to send me the spreadsheet that shows:


1. Staff Ethnicity - (White, Black, Asian etc)

2. Staff Job Level - (Grade/Rank)

3. Department - (Finance, Development, etc)

4. Year 2002 to date - (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 etc)




5. Please would you include information about how the relationship between Staff Ethnicity, Job Level/Grade and Department in Legal Services Commission has reflected the Ethnicity of the community that Legal Services Commission has served each year since 2002.


Please apply the Freedom of Information Act as necessary for this request.


I need clarification and confirmation from a reliable source that is not you.
