Shock horror! Prince Harry caught making racist comments
Still, at least the aids orphans of Swaziland can expect another visit from his royal racist ass. It was clear the little aids infested Woggs really love Harry. Also another photo shoot in Afghanistan, sorry that's tour of duty should be on the cards.

PS. Hope I haven't offended any people from Newcastle.....

My neighbour is from Newcastle, I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my neighbour don't like people laughing. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologise like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

The "politically correct" brigade should get a sence of perspective. There are people dying in Gaza. Who's private conversations would always bear up to public scrutiny? Who hasn't talked about going to the "Paki" shop for some crisps? It doesn't mean that you don't like them, or that you want to join the BNP.
For God's sake people!

Typical.
You see this is whats wrong with the white English. They are so far removed and anal, that they believe their own bullshit.

Personally i think prince harry is showing his true colors so what if he called a paki a paki this is nothing new the majority of them (whites)refer to them as pakis anyway and i quite frankly could,nt care less ,its the pakis that seem to have this delusion that white folks care about them.

I must agree its not a term of endearment...and i personally blame ethnic people who allow theeir YT friends call them this offensive names like its kinda cool and not affected..considering the historical context...
But I have to agree about the TIMING...it a deliberate attempt by the Jewish lobby who control the finance and media in this country to throw us off guard regarding the GENOCIDE thats being perpetuated in GAZA!!...they do it all the time whatever happened to that Investor dude that swindled 50 billion..been a bit quiet ay!!

The thing is NIM, calling an Asian a Paki in the comfort of your own home, with rest of your white bwoy friends, is akin/identical to calling me a spade in front of them too. Am i wrong?
Now i'm not a gambling man, but i would put a heavy wager on it that you would never even think about coming here and selling that one to the Villagers, talking bolloxs about CONTEXT, would you now?

BS, well at least i guess its nice to know that you think people we're actually reading my words before her ass appeared....lol
The Prince aplogised and that was it from him. The incident is now exposing the rest of family as Prince Charles has tried to defend his actions by saying they call an Asian in their circle, Sooty, and everyone including the Asian is cool with it. The Palace also put out a statement shortly afterwards and they tried playing it all down with the "harmeless banter" line.

I don't very often hear the word "Paki" used amongst my "white bwoy friends" (was that mean to be homophobic?). But if I ever did, it wouldn't have the same impact as saying "spade" or N****R. Those words I NEVER hear. You may not believe that - because I'm sure you'd like to think that YT people are constantly insulting you.
Maybe the more casual acceptance of "Paki" is hypocritical - and I'm sure that a psychologist could explain the reason why; but that's the truth about the people I mix with.
|
NIM sorry but not only do you hold racist views but also you're a coward who cannont stand by his words with any conviction.
Paki is EXACTLY A CARBON COPY likeness to the word spade and you fugging well know it as a British citizen. That much im 100% sure of.
So come on lets have the debate, as to how the two words differ.

He is fast becoming my favourite "royal".

HARRY the royal kunt will never be KING so i guess its the only way he thinks he will be remembered is to make an *unt of himself .
and back to reality :
BNP links to immigration service staff
BNP links to immigration service staff - Home News, UK - The Independent
An official investigation has been launched after two immigration service staff working with asylum-seekers were found to have links to the British National Party, The Independent has learnt.
One guard employed to look after asylum-seekers at a detention centre has been forced to resign after his name was found on a membership list of the BNP. Another man has been suspended while his employer investigates alleged links to the same far-right organisation.
Both cases raise serious concerns about racism within the immigration system, where membership of extreme political groups has long been suspected. Over the past two years The Independent has helped reveal nearly 300 allegations of brutality, including 38 claims of racism, made by asylum-seekers about private security and immigration staff. Some of the allegations included abusive and racist language, in which refugees fleeing persecution were referred to as " MONKEYS" or told to "go back to their own countries".

The "royals" are good for the economy and tourism, other than that they are of no consequence.
White foreigners cream themselves over the idea of monarchy.

"Paki" might seem like just a shortcut for Pakistani but in England it's always been widely used by racists and considered a term of abuse pretty much akin to using the 'N' word or calling someone a kike in the US ie a definite no-no.
Most people would not consider "Brit" (as an abbreviation of British) to be offensive , the white English will often refer to "Brit's abroad" etc. but if an Irish Republican called someone a Brit it wouldn't have been intended as an innocent remark.
Similarly "Nips" / "Japs" might be short for Nipponese / Japanese but I believe that they are considered to be quite offensive in the US, whereas in the UK you might hear someone talking about "Jap cars" without any negative intent.
I've never heard anyone use "Paki" in an innocent way except JA reggae DJ Jah Woosh chatting about "Paki black" (weed) on a ganja tune.
Someone like Prince Harry should have a bit more gumption than to use a term like Paki. I don't believe he's evil either, just mind-numbingly ignorant.
On the subject of "wogs", some white people get very defensive about their little Golliwog souvenirs and try to deny they have any connection with racism.
.. and hey, y'all heard about "Darkie Day"? The English just love their traditions ...

I don't buy this white people can't experience racism thing. I would say that when they do experience it, it's on a personal level, not institutionalised racism, so it can't cause major consequences that affect livelyhood etc .... but are there people who discrimnate against, dislike or abuse white people? Definitely. Maybe people discount it, if it's seen as reactionary.

I'd agree with this. Happens all the time. I remember my girl complaining about the television news switching to discussing allegations about Michael Jackson when some sh*t was going down. Can't recall for sure what that sh*t was exactly but I think it was some facet of Bush's War On Terra.

BTW. "Spade" is an American word which really isn't used over here. I can honestly say that I don't remember ever hearing anyone use it. The same, of course, can not be said of N****r - but, even then, not for years.
But worse than offensive, it's naff. A YT person using that word in YT company (and I'm talking about young-ish middle-class people) would be thought of as very common and very chavy.
For some reason "Paki" is not so bad. It just isn't.
PS. I guess you don't know any Pak.... Pakistani people. If you did you would be shocked at the vast amount of casual racism that they talk. And it ain't directed at YT people, if you get my drift....

NIM this post has more holes in it than a piece of Edam. You're opinion is cowardly because there is no-one, i repeat no-one, who has lived all of their childhood and adult life, on the British Isles, that isnt aware that the word Paki is a derogatory term that causes offence to Asians. No-one, so stop fibbing.
If you didn't think it was, why did you feel the need to only use the word in "PRIVATE" conversations. Why not use it around your local corner shop, or at your place of work?
Its cowardly because the word is exactly the same as 'Spade', yet you're not prepared to use that word here, where as by your logic you should do no problem.
See you're views are of a typical racist, selective in their nature. You are practically saying you don't respect (or fear is usually more accurate with white bwoys) Asians enough to withhold your racist view. You feel that you are superior, by default, to not have to forfeit the right to uphold words like Paki. Why should you even, they are only Asians. It may not be conscious with you but this is how it goes son.
My opinion is supported by the evasive lengths you have gone in your post to justify what you know is wrong, convince yourself even and derail the focus . For eg.
Spade" is an American word which really isn't used over here. I can honestly say that I don't remember ever hearing anyone use it
Really. So if you've never heard it used how do you know its offensive?. You said you would never use it here confirming you know its offensive.
PS. I guess you don't know any Pak.... Pakistani people. If you did you would be shocked at the vast amount of casual racism that they talk. And it ain't directed at YT people, if you get my drift
Translates into, "You shouldn't be defending them because they hate you, in which case let me continue to use my derogatory terms against them".
Stop lying NIM, you know EXACTLY what ingredients the word holds, its just that the white man in you, just isn't prepared to give it up.

Whilst were on the psycho analysis vibe this also is extremly telling about whats going on with you NIM.
You said
PS. I guess you don't know any Pak.... Pakistani people.
Here you jokingly whilst simultaneously insult at the highest level by beginning to use the word Paki but then stopped and used the word Pakistani. This again reinforces my opinion above that you know its racist/offensive, else why not just say it, yet by joking you're not prepared to give it up or even feel that they, Asians, warrant that respect.

Paki is a seriously racist term you idiot. It's up there with Wog and if you'd been alive 5 minutes you would know that. That word is never spoken of in any terms except hatred and derision. Paki go home spray painted everywhere when I was growing up. I live and grew up in east london around lots of asians and I'd love to hear you come down here and chat your paki crap.
|
I was going to post something similar to this but just saw it! I grew up in east London within a large Asian specifically Pakistani community as well and I don't remember 'Paki' ever been used in an affectionate or non-offensive manner as some posters here seem to be implying. A word is either offensive or it isn't so the whole 'context' arguement some are trying to peddle here with regards Harry's comments is rubbish.

A piece of Edam (like the arguments in my post) has no holes. You're thinking of Swiss cheese.
If you had bothered to actually read my posts you would have seen that I don't think that using the word is nice - but sometimes we all do and say things that aren't nice. It doesn't make me, you or Prince Harry evil. We're human.
Just accept that I have won the argument and we can move on.
|
I would expect you to know about cheese being European, as much i do you using the word Paki.

Nice. LOL.
I quoted your posts several times so i must of read them, but the fact you're asking me, in the tone that you are, could only mean you're also arrogant in light of the sensitivity of the subject. This is a perfectly normal characteristic that accompanies the racist, its that superiority thing again rearing its ugly head. "I know its not nice, i sometimes say it when i know i shouldnt, in private, but im not evil, and i'm going to reserve the right to be a racist and still say Paki when i choose."

Nope, I'm not surprised by his comments at all. What surprises me is how quick some people are to defend him. And for the record, if I'm calling a white person a cracker or a blue-foot, I mean it to be offensive.

Don't get RACISM (the system built on the ethos of, and for the purpose of maintaining, 'White Supremacy') confused with PREJUDICE (which demonstrates the human capacity to 'descriminate' on a variety of 'differentiating' characteristics which are often quite simplistic and irrational).
Certainly white people can, and do. experience 'PREJUDICE'.........but NEVER RACISM.
Now I have broken my promise to myself of not debating the meaning of racism with a white person, by even posting this. I will say no more on the subject or on the subject of a person who has done no more than perform to 'type' and who matters little in the scheme of things anyway.
